Otherwise, you can use this template to build your own presentation. If a customer has been with you for a long time, it’s a sign of satisfaction.

Thus, the customer is more likely to stay with you for the foreseeable future. This is not the time or place to talk about support questions or make plans for additional trainings. Rather, this is a chance for you to gain a deeper understanding of the customer’s business and future plans and to strategize as to how you can deliver more value based on those factors. In doing so, you step out of a “vendor” role and into more of a “business advisor” one.

Persistent identifiers ensure future access to unique published digital objects, such as a piece of text or datasets.

Persistent identifiers are assigned to datasets by digital archives, such as institutional repositories and partners in the Data Preservation Alliance for the Social Sciences (Data-PASS). Alternatively, if you would like to, or are required to, publish open access but your funding doesn’t cover the cost of the APC, you can choose the green open access, or self-archiving, route. As soon as your article is published, you can make the author accepted manuscript openly available, free from payment and embargo periods. That means it should not have been published before in its current, or similar, form. Exceptions to this rule are outlined in our pre-print and conference paper policies. If any substantial element of your paper has been previously published, you need to declare this to the journal editor upon submission.
